Frontier AI Enablement Program | Get Your Team AI-Certified in 40 Hours
Enterprise Diagnostics launches Frontier, a 40-hour AI training program delivering Google, AWS, and FDP credentials. Texas employers may qualify for 80% state reimbursement.

Texas Employers Can Now Get Their Teams AI-Certified in 40 Hours — With Up to 80% Covered by the State
Most AI training programs teach theory. Employees sit through videos, earn a completion badge, and return to work the same way they left. The skills do not transfer. The business does not change.
Enterprise Diagnostics built Frontier to solve that problem. The Frontier AI Enablement Program is a structured 40-hour program that trains your workforce, delivers three industry-recognized credentials, and ends with every participant designing a personal AI agent built around their actual job. Texas employers may qualify to have up to 80% of the cost covered by the state through the TWC ASCEND grant program.
What Is the Frontier AI Enablement Program?
Frontier is a 40-hour AI workforce training program developed and delivered by Enterprise Diagnostics, a Dallas-based AI operational intelligence company. It is designed for mid-market companies that need their teams AI-enabled quickly, with credentials that carry weight and applied skills that show up in day-to-day results.
The program runs in four structured blocks. Each block builds on the previous one, moving participants from foundational AI literacy through to hands-on operational diagnostics applied to real business scenarios.
Block 1 — Frontier Orientation (2 hours)
Enterprise Diagnostics staff lead a live orientation covering the program roadmap, credential requirements, platform setup, and the applied framework participants will use in the final block. Every participant understands the full picture before the first module opens.
Block 2 — Google AI Essentials (8 hours)
Delivered virtually and self-paced through Google's platform, this block covers AI fundamentals, prompt engineering basics, and responsible AI practices. It is free to participants. Enterprise Diagnostics monitors progress, runs office hours, and verifies completion throughout. Participants earn the Google AI Essentials certificate.
Block 3 — AWS Certified AI Practitioner (20 hours)
Delivered via AWS Skill Builder, this block prepares participants for the AWS Certified AI Practitioner exam, an entry-level industry credential validating knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI. No prior technical background is required. Enterprise Diagnostics coordinates enrollment, manages exam scheduling, runs structured check-in sessions, and tracks certification outcomes. The exam fee is included in the program cost.
Block 4 — Frontier Builders (10 hours)
This is the block that separates Frontier from every other AI training program available to Texas employers today. Participants work with Enterprise Diagnostics instructors in a live, applied session using the Three Vectors operational diagnostic framework. They run a practice diagnostic on real business scenarios, build hands-on experience with AI workflow tools, and each design a personal AI agent scoped to their own role.
That personal agent is not a hypothetical. It is a scoped, actionable specification built around a real task from their job: a manual handoff that takes too long, a swivel-chair process between systems, a knowledge lookup that pulls a senior employee away from higher-value work. Participants leave with something they can actually deploy.
What Credentials Does Frontier Deliver?
Participants who complete the Frontier AI Enablement Program earn three credentials.
Google AI Essentials Certificate — Issued by Google. Foundational AI literacy covering concepts, prompt engineering, and responsible use. Virtual and self-paced.
AWS Certified AI Practitioner — Issued by Amazon Web Services. An industry-recognized certification validating AI and ML knowledge. Entry-level with no prerequisites. Globally recognized and valued by employers across every sector.
Frontier Diagnostics Practitioner (FDP) — Issued by Enterprise Diagnostics. A proprietary applied certification demonstrating competency in operational AI diagnostics, the Three Vectors framework, and personal agent design. Earned on completion of the Frontier Builders block and the program capstone.
No other 40-hour program available to Texas employers delivers this credential stack.
What Is the TWC ASCEND Grant Program?
The Texas Workforce Commission ASCEND program was established to address critical workforce shortages by reducing reliance on H-1B visa holders and building domestic talent pipelines in high-demand industries. Artificial Intelligence is an explicitly listed targeted industry.
Texas companies enrolling a minimum of 25 participants may qualify for reimbursement of up to 80% of qualifying training costs, up to $4,000 per participant and $500,000 per employer. Reimbursement is issued in two installments: 60% upon successful training completion and 20% upon six months of post-training employment retention.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Funds are awarded first-come, first-served until available funding is exhausted. Texas employers with AI workforce development plans should apply promptly.
Enterprise Diagnostics has built a grant application agent that guides employers through the eligibility and submission process in a single session. Qualifying companies can have a TWC-ready application prepared in under an hour.
Who Is the Frontier Program Built For?
Frontier is designed for companies that need their workforce AI-enabled fast, with credentials that mean something and applied skills that show up in business results.
PE-backed companies on a value creation timeline. Teams that need to move from reporting on operational data to acting on it.
Texas growth companies competing on execution. AI-ready teams build faster, decide better, and attract stronger talent.
PE operating partners managing multiple portfolio companies who need a repeatable, fast, and defensible way to get portco teams AI-enabled across a portfolio.
CFOs and HR leaders who need to present the board with a credentialed, measurable workforce investment with a clear return and documented outcomes.
Employers outside Texas can engage the Frontier program directly. The TWC ASCEND reimbursement is available to qualifying Texas employers only.
How Is Frontier Different from Other AI Training Programs?
Most AI training programs stop when the course ends. Participants earn a certificate and return to work without a clear path from what they learned to what they do every day.
Frontier is designed around the gap between knowing and doing.
The Frontier Builders block is the difference. It is not generic AI theory. It is 10 instructor-led hours applied to your business, your industry, and your people's actual roles. Every participant leaves with a personal AI agent specification they can take back to work and deploy. Every cohort produces a set of identified, scoped operational improvements the company can act on immediately.
For PE-backed companies, the applied diagnostics block uses the same Three Vectors framework that Enterprise Diagnostics deploys in its full operational intelligence engagements. Participants learn to identify where value is being created or destroyed across cost structure, customer health, and product economics. That is not standard AI training content. It is operational intelligence built into the program.
How Do Texas Employers Apply for the ASCEND Grant?
The application process involves two documents submitted to the Texas Workforce Commission: the ASCEND application form and the ASCEND detailed budget form. Enterprise Diagnostics acts as the training provider of record across all three program components and supports employers through the full submission process.
Enterprise Diagnostics has built a dedicated grant application agent that walks employers through eligibility confirmation, data collection, and narrative drafting in a single guided session. The agent produces a TWC-ready application package including both required forms.
To begin, employers can schedule a 20-minute eligibility call with Enterprise Diagnostics at enterprisediagnostics.ai. The call confirms ASCEND qualification, answers program questions, and outlines next steps for enrollment and submission.
About Enterprise Diagnostics
Enterprise Diagnostics is based in Dallas, Texas. The company diagnoses mid-market companies first, identifying exactly where AI will have the highest operational impact, then designs and deploys agents built specifically for their use cases. Every engagement starts with the data, not a catalog of tools.
For PE-backed companies, Enterprise Diagnostics aligns to the exit horizon. Whether a company is 12 months from an exit or building toward a five-year outcome, the diagnostic tells leadership where to act now so the result they are building toward is already in motion.
Frontier is one component of Enterprise Diagnostics' broader AI readiness platform, which includes standalone operational diagnostics and executive leadership programs available to companies at any stage of their AI journey.
